Sparkling wines

Crémant de Loire AOC Blanc | From 2 hectares (4.9.5 acres). 80% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay.

White wines

Anjou Blanc AOC, Les Quarterons Blanc | Not to be confused with a Sancerre made by Étienne and Sébastien Riffault. Graviers sur fond argileux. 2012 50% fermented in 500-litre demi-muids and 50% in vat. Lovely and clear Chenin Blanc, mealy and soft, very good at Millésime Bio 2014.

Red wines

St Nicolas de Bourgueil, AOC Les Quarterons | From graviers, sable and limon. 2012 Nice, sweet, refreshing, a bit of dilution too but a good effort given the year (rain, rot) at Millésime Bio 2014.

St Nicolas de Bourgueil AOC, Virtuose

St Nicolas de Bourgueil AOC, Les Gravilices | Deep gravel. 2012 Crisp, tighter and more tannic than the Les Quarterons tout court bottling (Millésime Bio 2014). Nice Cab Franc, fluid (Millésime Bio 2016).

St Nicolas de Bourgueil AOC, L’Audacieux

St Nicolas de Bourgueil AOC, Le Clos des Quarterons |  2012 Good old vine Cabernet Franc richness (Millésime Bio 2014).
