Domaine Hughes Béguet is a Biodynamic estate winery in Mesnay in the Jura region of France.

Owners: Caroline Hughes-Béguet (English) and Patrice-Hughes Béguet (Jurasien). Patrice, a former IT consultant, qualified as an enologist in 2009. He and his wife then left their day jobs and city living to become winemakers in the Jura.

Vineyards: The vineyard is in Mesnay, a small village adjacent to Arbois, near Les Planches-près-Arbois and its gorge. The couple have a little over 3 hectares (7.4 acres) of vines within the AOC Arbois and AOC Arbois Pupillin zones, with a large majority of the local varieties Savagnin, as regards white grapes, and Ploussard in red.

Certification: 2012 First vintage with full organic certification. | 2013 First vintage with full Demeter Biodynamic certification.

Natural winemaking: All wines from the 2015 and 2016 vintage wines were bottled unfiltered and with no added sulfites.
