LUSS is a lieu-dit (named site) in the township of Soultzmatt, Haut-Rhin, Alsace.

THE NAME | Luss means ‘flea’ in Alsace dialect (‘puce’ in Frence).

TERROIR | Luss overlooks the Orschwihr-Soultzmatt road. Around 300 metres (1,000 feet). South-south-east facing. Limestone subsoil, so wines for ageing. Riesling and Pinot Noir.
