A. A. Malibràn is a winery located between Susegana and Colfosco in Treviso province in the southern part of the Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG in the Veneto region of Italy.

Owner: Maurizio Favrel took over from his father in 2003.

Vineyards2012 7 hectares (17.3 acres) of vines on hills surrounding the cellar.

Sparkling wines

IGT Colli Trevigiani, SottorivaNV Bone dry semi-sparkling wine. Labelled ‘Col Fondo per Tradizione’ meaning it contains yeast sediment (pour with care or decant gently into a caraffe) due to it not being disgorged after a second fermentation has been allowed to occur in in bottle (the first fermentation being in tank). 100% Glera. Hand picked. 10,000 bottles. Bone dry. 11% alcohol. Well made, dry, soft clean citrus with no sherbet (Real Wine Fair 2012). 

CredamoraValdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Colfonda: Semi-sparkling winr from 100% Glera. Hand picked. Second fermentation in bottle. 11%.

5 Grammi (Cinque Grammi), Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut Prosecco SuperioreFrom 100% Glera grown in Susegana. Hand picked. Single fermentation in autoclave, bottled under pressure. 5 g/l residual sugar.

Ruio, Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Brut: From 100% Glera grown in hillside vineyards in Susegana, Santa Maria di Feletto and Collabrigo, on clay soils. Hand picked. Single fermentation in autoclave, bottled under pressure. 9 g/l residual sugar. 11.5% alcohol.

Gorio NV, Valdobbiadene DOCG Prosecco Superiore Extra DrySingle fermentation in autoclave, bottled under pressure. 20,000 bottles. 17g/l residual sugar. Well made, dense and commercial (Real Wine Fair 2012).

Rosè, Spumante Extra Dry: From red grapes, lightly pressed. Single fermentation in autoclave, bottled under pressure. 12.5% alcohol.
