Montagne-Saint-Émilion AOC is a red wine AOC in the Saint-Émilion region on the right bank of the Bordeaux region. It is the largest of Saint-Émilion’s four satellite AOCs and is named after the eponymous commune. The wines are well described by Oz Clarke as ‘normally ready to drink in 4 years but age quite well in their slightly earthy way.’
