Garofanata is a white wine grape variety native to Italy where it is found in the Marche region. Garofanata is another Trebbiano-Toscano-like grape (like Biancame) but it is genetically different enough to be considered different.
The vine: Garofanata has medium-small bunches, with medium-sized berries. Vine vigour is average.
Typical flavours: Mouthwatering unripe peach fruit. Also chlorophyll and white flowers.
